He's supposed to be thinking of his next tactic, but instead he's watching Crowley undress, eyes following his fingers. He's seen naked bodies before, and they aren't particularly affecting, but the context makes this very different. He wets his lips almost without thinking, and then Crowley's question snaps him out of his thoughts.

Is he going to keep his clothes on? He glances down at himself and then makes a quick decision.

"Yes." Maybe? He's at sea here, and he doesn't actually know how much longer he can keep this up without that showing. Frustrating.

"Uh. Maybe I should give you a chance to misbehave before I do anything," is code for can Crowley take over now?
